Day 1– Arrival in Negombo
Travel to Kandy, the cultural gateway to the hill country. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, stroll around Kandy Lake, and enjoy the serene hill capital’s charm.
Explore the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, home to orchids and exotic plants. Later, discover Kandy’s bustling markets and end the evening with a cultural dance show.
Board the world-renowned train from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya – considered one of the most beautiful train rides in the world. Visit a tea plantation & factory to see how Ceylon Tea is made and enjoy a fresh brew.
Unwind at Gregory Lake and wander through the Hakgala Botanical Gardens filled with vibrant flowers and cool mountain air.
Travel through winding mountain roads to Ella. Stop at Ramboda Falls en route before arriving in the laid-back hill town. Evening leisure at Ella’s cozy cafés.
Hike up Little Adam’s Peak for panoramic views, visit Nine Arch Bridge, and admire the cascading Ravana Falls.
Early morning excursion to Horton Plains National Park, a misty plateau with wild grasslands and the dramatic World’s End cliff. Afternoon leisure in Nuwara Eliya or Ella
Head back to Colombo with stops at waterfalls and viewpoints along the way. Explore Colombo’s colonial charm, modern skyline, and shopping streets.
Say goodbye to Sri Lanka’s cool hills and head to the airport for your onward journey.
